NECKLACE

All necklace (including chain and pendant) sizing on our website is listed as the length measurement of the necklace in centimeters (cm). For products with size options such as “Small” and “Large”, the corresponding length measurements in centimeters are also described in the SPECS section.  

We sell a wide range of sizes from female chokers to long chains. On each product page there are model fitting photos to show how different sizes will fit on men and women. Choose the size based on your desired look.

Please note: it is highly suggested to measure your neck circumference beforehand to make sure that you don’t buy any item too small. We recommend choosing sizes at least 2-3cm bigger than your neck measurement so that there is some room for movement.

BRACELET

All bracelet sizing on our website is listed as the length measurement of the bracelet in centimeters (cm). Follow the steps below to determine your size.

1. Wrap a piece of string (or a strip of paper) around your wrist.
2. Pinch the spot where the end meets and mark this spot on the string using a pen.
3. Measure the distance from the end of the string to the marking you have made against a ruler in cm.
4. Add 1-4cm for a comfortable fit. Note that the number you add depends on how tight or loose you would like to wear your bracelet.
5. Compare the final number with our size options. If you are in between two similar sizes it is always better to size up rather than down.

CARE

Stainless Steel Accessories:

• Safe in water. Our stainless-steel accessories are 100% waterproof, sweatproof, heatproof and will never tarnish or turn your skin green, so you can wear them during showering, exercising, and hand washing without any problems.
• Avoid grinding on hard surfaces as this will scratch the steel.
• Clean your item with a microfiber cloth or 100% cotton fabric.
• If as time goes by, the engraving part (such as the flame on the buckles of the Blazing Cuban collection) looks darker than when you received it, it is not tarnishing but dust build-up. Simply use a small amount of soap and clean it by gently rubbing it with your fingers to restore the original color.
• Hang it up before bed. Sleeping in our pieces won’t be a problem, but to prevent accidental snags, we recommend taking them off at night.

Shell Pearl Accessories – To retain the luster of shell pearls there are a few things you should keep in mind:

• Keep out of water, especially water that contains chlorine, salts, or harsh chemicals (such as pool water and the ocean).
• Avoid any type of chemical. The lustrous surface of pearls can easily be affected by chemicals, such as oils, soaps, shampoos, cosmetics, perfume and sunscreens. Therefore, you should always put your pearls on last, after getting dressed, applying perfume, make-up, lotions, and hairspray. Also, always remove your pearls first before getting undressed and using any make-up remover or skin care products.
• Avoid strong heat. Do not wear your pearl pieces while sunbathing, sauna, or leave it next to the heater.
• Avoid wearing your pearl items during exercise or sports which will cause perspiration and risk the chance of breaking.
• Remove your pearls before bed. Sleeping in your pearl pieces can strain the metal wire on which the pearls are strung, increasing the risk of breakage.
• After wearing, wipe your item gently with a soft cloth to remove surface oil, perspiration or make-up.
• Store your pearls separately to avoid scratching by other pieces of jewelry.

Although the specific packaging varies slightly depending on the type of accessories, all types of products come with a branded black cardboard box dedicatedly paper-wrapped and wax-sealed, a cleaning cloth and a branded card. The bracelets packaging also includes an individual jewellery pouch where you can store your items.

• All sales items (including site-wide sales) and limited releases are final sales and cannot be refunded. Orders with discount codes are excluded.
• Earrings cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
• Eligible returns will be fully refunded excluding the original shipping cost and a €6 EUR processing fee.

• LANCER is not able to offer exchanges. If you would like to change to a different size, please return the item back for a refund and place a new order for your preferred size.
